This document captures some common operational checks that can be performed for troubleshooting. The typical failure scenarios are listed below.

Verify Inventory Sync¶
Confirm server names match between Rafay and Netris. Validate netris-id and netris-template tags
Verify Network Creation¶
Check tenant server cluster in Netris. Confirm North–South vNets exist and validate whether the VRFs are visible in Rafay.
Storage Issues¶
Confirm storage VPC tags and validate VPC peering status
