Delete Plugins

Removing the Rafay Backstage plugin requires deleting the frontend and the backend plugins.

Delete Frontend Plugin

yarn workspace app remove @RafaySystems/plugin-rafay

Delete Backend Plugin

yarn workspace backend remove @RafaySystems/plugin-rafay-backend
